Joyful Noise is the name of our children’s program during church time. It comes from the Linnea Good hymn, “Make a Joyful Noise.” Children from ages 4 to grade six stay upstairs for the opening part of the service. After Learning Together, a time in the service especially for children, they go downstairs for Joyful Noise, where they sing songs, learn stories from the Bible and have a variety of fun activities. We are fortunate to have an enthusiastic and committed group of volunteers working with our children.

Twice a year, at Advent and at Easter, the church also hosts parties for children in the same age range. The next party will be held Saturday, April 8th at the church. Children ages four to six are invited from 10am to noon. Children in grades two to six are invited for the afternoon, from 1:30 to 4:30pm. We will have games, songs, stories, crafts, and – of course – cake! Leadership will be provided by Keltie, Jan Tulloch and Brian Lendrum. Children are more than welcome to bring friends.
